Our family-based team is driven by a shared vision of creating opportunities and fostering growth  in underprivileged urban communities. From organizing events to engaging directly with residents, we work collaboratively to ensure every program is impactful and meaningful.

Welcome to the South was established in 2022 with a mission to empower underprivileged urban communities through economic development, education, and community outreach. Born out of a shared passion among family members to make a difference, the organization began as a grassroots effort to address pressing local needs.

Since its founding, Welcome to the South has grown into a beacon of hope, organizing seasonal events like back-to-school drives, coat giveaways, and family-centered celebrations. By fostering collaboration and unity, the organization continues to make a lasting impact in the communities it serves.
